Agnes Binagwaho is a Rwandan pediatrician and already served as the Minister of Health of Rwanda when she attended her first Salzburg Global session in 2011. Over the course of five years, Binagwaho attended four health and healthcare-related programs as part of the faculty, bringing her 20 years of expertise in the sector. She is now Vice-Chancellor of the University of Global Health Equity in Rwanda.
